Refunds and returns

At Centrum Print, we aim to deliver high-quality prints and dependable customer service. We understand that there may be occasions when you are not completely satisfied with a purchase. This policy explains when a return, replacement or refund may be arranged.
1. Eligibility for a refund
This policy applies to products purchased from Centrum Print, subject to the exceptions below:
- Custom orders: Custom-made orders, including personalised prints, are produced to your specifications and cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
- Standard products: Unmodified standard products may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition.
2. Conditions for returns and refunds
- Damaged or defective items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item and provide photographs of the issue. Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including delivery costs.
- Incorrect item received: Please notify us within 7 days if you receive the wrong product. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including delivery costs.
- Change of mind: For standard products, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days. You are responsible for return-delivery costs and the original delivery charge is not refundable.
3. How to request a return or refund
- Contact our customer-service team at info@centrumprint.com with your order number, a description of the issue and any supporting evidence, such as photographs.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and are issued using the original payment method.
4. Non-refundable items
- Custom-made or personalised prints.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged through incorrect use, or returned with missing parts.
5. Return delivery
- For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the return-delivery costs.
- For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return-delivery costs.
