Your photo does not have to match the exact aspect ratio of the selected canvas. If the ratios differ, some cropping may be needed to fill the canvas correctly.
If a face, text or another important detail sits close to the edge, we recommend sending the file for checking before production. We can also flag noticeably low resolution that may become visible when enlarged.

The larger the canvas, the more important the source-image resolution becomes. For weaker files, choose a smaller size or send the image to us for checking first.

How long does a custom canvas print take?
Standard production takes 3–5 working days. We also offer 2–3 working days with a +40% surcharge and production within 24 hours with a +100% surcharge after current capacity is confirmed.
What photo file should I send?
The original file at the highest available resolution is best. For larger sizes, avoid screenshots and files heavily reduced by social-media or messaging apps.
What if my photo has low resolution?
If we see a clear quality risk during checking, we can warn you and recommend a smaller size or a better source file.
Is the canvas print ready to hang?
Yes. The product is a canvas stretched over a solid frame and is supplied as finished wall art.
Can I order multiple copies?
Yes. Set the quantity directly in the calculator. For larger runs, you can also contact us for an individual quote.
Can I check the right size before ordering?
Yes. Send us the photo and tell us the size you want. We can check whether the file is technically suitable for that canvas size.
Will my photo be cropped?
If your photo has a different aspect ratio from the selected canvas, some cropping may be necessary. If important details are close to the edges, send the file for checking first.
Can I collect my canvas print in Prague?
Yes. Once completed, the order can be collected in Prague by arrangement, or we can send it to an address anywhere in the Czech Republic.
