- Custom Orders: Since custom orders (including personalized prints) are made to your specifications, they are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged during shipping.
- Standard Products: For non-customized products, refunds are available within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are returned in their original condition.
2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to assess the situation. In such cases, we offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For standard products, if you change your mind, you have the right to return the item within 14 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
